The meeting had as purpose to align the actions to perform the workshop “Preparation and implementation of demonstration projects of PrEP:? The experience of ImPrEP in Brazil, Mexico, and Peru” that took place on July 26. Additionally, the discussion group shared the advances and barriers that they are facing in the implementation of the project, the structuring of the teams in each place, the increase of the offer of PrEP to the health services and outlined the program of meeting of the consortium that will take place in Mexico, in September this year.

Another important agenda discussed by the group was the planning of the possible publications that will be organized throughout the project and the possible ways to involve other countries of Latin America and Caribbean in the implementation of PrEP.
